Havas Media Network scales data and technology offering with global launch of CSA brand
Havas Media Network (HMN) has scaled its data and technology services with the launch of CSA – a global brand within the global agency network dedicated to accelerating clients’ understanding of customer data and improving ROI through analytics and machine learning solutions.
The CSA brand will launch in France, Italy, Spain, UK, USA, and LATAM, with numerous additional global markets launching in the coming months.
CSA goes beyond ‘data for data’s sake’ and is rooted in meaningfully growing businesses through a customer-focused and results-oriented approach to data analysis, implementation, and optimization. To comprehensively serve clients’ data and tech offerings at different stages of maturity, CSA offers an evolved product suite across three core offerings:
CSA Consult: Offering access to a global network of experts, equipping clients to discover and accelerate against their strategic goals.

The CSA brand has 40 years of history in France as a pioneer in understanding consumer behaviors and was integrated into Havas France in 2015. This global launch consolidates data and tech talent expertise within Havas Media Network – including DBI, Intellignos, Search Laboratory, and Noise Digital – under the CSA brand to efficiently and synergistically deliver a holistic view of marketing performance for clients around the world. This network of talent has been providing Havas Media Network’s data science and adtech services to clients including Carrefour in France, Papa Johns in the USA, and Homebase in the UK.

George Papandreopoulos, who joined HMN in January of 2023 as Global Managing Director of Measurement, now assumes the position of Global Managing Director of CSA. In this capacity he will be supported by Daniel Hayes and Leo Frattesi, who will respectively lead the CSA Tech and CSA Science offerings.
